FLEET AWARDS GALA 2013

On 24 April 2013, the FLEET DERBY 2013 awards gala took place at the InterContinental hotel in Warsaw, as part of a fleet car test and poll for the Automotive Fleet Brand, Fleet Personality and fleet services and products. The winners of this year's Fleet Derby received statuettes in 31 categories: 16 automotive - defining individual car segments and 13 categories defining the best according to the nationwide fleet industry - fleet products and services. Additional statuettes - were also awarded to Fleet Personality and Automotive Fleet Brand. The organiser of the Fleet Derby 2013 is the Fleet Meetings company, publisher of the "Fleet" magazine.

• FLEET DERBY - fleet car test

More than 80 fleet cars were entered by car companies for the Fleet Derby car test, which took place on 17 April this year at the Automobile Club of Poland Warsaw - Bemowo Autodrome. All cars were assigned to 16 car categories approved by the test partner, the Polish Automotive Industry Association. The Fleet Derby test, is one and certainly the main element of the plebiscite of the same name. This time, in glorious weather, the Automobile Club of Poland's Autodrome was visited by more than 600 guests, 108 of whom were jurors, whose task was to test 82 cars. A number of prominent motoring journalists, representatives of such institutions as the PSM, ITS, Automobilklub of Poland or ZPL, PIM, PZPM were invited to join the group of jurors carefully selected by the organiser. However, the core, approximately 80%, were representatives of companies affiliated with the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, which joined the Fleet Derby venture for the second time, as well as experienced fleet managers. • FLEET DERBY - a poll for fleet services and products, as well as for the Fleet Personality and Fleet Automotive Brand.

More than 70 products and services were submitted to the Fleet Derby - Best Fleet Product, Best Fleet Service plebiscite. A separate category was the plebiscite for the best Automotive Fleet Brand and Fleet Personality. Voting in the above plebiscites was conducted in two ways: via the www.fleetderby.pl website and by filling in questionnaires by representatives of the fleet industry during the Fleet Derby event itself on 17 April 2013, which took place at the Automobile Club of Poland Autodrome Warsaw - Bemowo. This is the only such event in the history of the fleet industry in Poland, which not only has the dimension of competition between companies involved in supplying and servicing car fleets, but also the presentation of their novelties. The Fleet Derby is therefore designed to select the best fleet products/services/car brands in individual categories as part of a nationwide plebiscite conducted among the fleet industry. The event is organised by the publisher of the FLEET magazine - the Fleet Meetings company.
